As per the instructions regarding the above mentioned subject, I would like to say that in the light of your application, the said Kala Bhawan Auditorium is allotted on the following conditions:-
1. Only Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) will have to be deposited as security fee which will be refundable.
2. Only Rs 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) will have to be deposited as reservation fee for Kala Bhawan.
3.There will be no tents, awnings, barricades or excavations of any kind in Kala Bhavan.
4. If any kind of damage/loss occurs during the maintenance of Kala Bhavan, it will be your entire responsibility and it will be compensated by you.
5. In case there is no difficulty in the program, then you will have to arrange fuel for the generator 125 KVA (18 to 20 liters per hour).
6. You will have to arrange the sound system yourself.
7. Reservation time will be from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
8. You will have to bear only Rs 3000/- (three thousand) extra as fare for using the canteen.
9. V.V.I.P room rent will be payable at the rate of Rs 3,000/- (three thousand) only.
10. Per room usage, only Rs 2,000/- (two thousand) will be payable.
11. The department will have the right to cancel the allotment due to urgent and unavoidable reasons.
12. The amount of security fee and reservation fee should be deposited immediately through separate bank drafts in the name of Secretary, Jharkhand Kala Mandir, Ranchi. The amount will be considered valid only after deposit.
